🎩 Your Role
 
We are looking for a high energy, results-driven, team-oriented FP&A analyst to join our rapidly growing Finance Team!
 
In this role, you will have the great challenge of producing financial reporting, streamlining and automating processes, long-term business plans, understanding forecasts and detailed budgets with appropriate analysis of variances, sensitivities, risks and opportunities.

More than 200 people from all over the world to work with you(e)You will work inside the FP&A Team and report to our Head of FP&A.

✏️ What you'll do

  • Reporting production & analysis
  • Use your financial prowess and Excel expertise to develop and deliver thoughtful reporting to the Finance team and other supporting departments
  • Lead and coordinate the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports production including analysis and action plan recommendation for the Management and Board of Directors
  • Produce internal reporting including business KPIs, P&L, add-hoc overhead cost analysis and Cash reporting and implement internal controls
  • Produce variance analysis including actual vs(e)budget, vs(e)forecast, vs(e)prior periods analysis
  • Liaise with Sales, Operations departments and other key stakeholders to generate requested reporting and information

  • Planning:
  • Liaise with departments to contribute to the rolling forecasts, budget and long term business plan

  • Project management:
  • Implement detailed P&L and cash analysis process to help decision making on initiatives
  • Automate reporting production
  • Implement a cost control process in Spendesk
  • Contribute to the reporting tool implementation in the ERP

  • Indirect management:
  • Delegate reporting production to an intern and control deliverables

🧑‍🎨Your profile

  • You have a Business School or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • You have +3 years of relevant experience with a track record of successful development of financial analyses, strategic planning and/or business development in a high tech company
  • You are fluent in French & English, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have good analytical skills with a passion for problem solving using data and analytics
  • You are highly proficient with Excel and Powerpoint
  • You are not afraid to get the job done rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty 
  • You have a strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects, as well as strong follow through skills
  • You are detail oriented with a strong organizational skills and are disciplined in daily activity planning (ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information, deal with numerous simultaneous priorities)
  • You are positive, curious, self-motivated and hands-on
  • You are an excellent learner and you have the desire to adapt to new concepts and technologies
  • You enjoy working in a challenging fast-paced, target-driven and team-oriented environment
