Your role:
We are looking for a new Finance Ops Manager based in Paris.
Within the Business Ops Team, he/she will be in charge of supporting the Finance team on various tools & process, such as billing automation setup or FP&A tool management.
Your missions ?
- Automate the billing for Gift voucher is set up.
- Automate the billing for Engagement SaaS is set up.
- Design the timeline & project plan for next products (mobility...) billing automation
- Ramping up on Netsuite setup project.
Your Expérience ?
- At least 4 years of experience in Order to cash management
- Strong Project management background
- Product management
- Excel / GSheet (data manipulation)
- Master of Salesforce
- Strong Analytical mindset
- Problem Solving/Solution oriented
- Great communication skill
- Fluent in English
