⭐ About the team:
We are seeking a France-based Event Coordinator to join our Marketing Team! Reporting directly to the Director of Global Field Marketing (located in the United States), this role is responsible for the execution of cybersecurity trade shows sponsorships, including the planning, implementing and coordination of all event-related logistics(e)Additional responsibilities include in-depth research of cybersecurity events within the European marketplace.
👉 Your scope: you will be in charge of:
- Supporting the Director of Global Field Marketing in researching, curating and implementing DataDome’s event strategy across the EU.
- The logistical planning, coordination and execution of events.
- Supporting the entire event lifecycle from strategy, planning, implementation, to on-site execution and post-even retrospective
- Traveling to trade shows to support marketing and sales teams
- Ensuring all event-related deadlines and deliverables are met, on time, and on budget
- Creating and adhering to the budget for each individually assigned sponsored event
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the highest level of attention to detail
- Vendor management to ensure deliverables and timelines are successfully established and met.
- Track KPI’s and metrics after each event
👤What we look for:
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is required
- 3+ years experience in B2B trade show event experience/support
- Detailed event budget management experience and accountability
- Strong organizational, logistical, and time management skills
- Proven ability to manage trade show events on schedule and on budget
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, high energy, and enthusiasm, team-oriented, strong cross-group collaborator
- Flexibility to work early mornings and evenings as required due to direct-reporting manager in Pacific Standard Time zone
- Virtual event management experience a plus
- Travel required ~50%
- Must be able to lift up to 22 kg
