* Responsible for the logistic coordination and organization of assigned events all over the world in regards to:

* Travel, housing, and transportation of key personnel 

* Booth creation and planning

* Printed communication, business cards, booth giveaways, decoration

* Liaising with the venue management

* Onsite staff - security, hosts/hostesses, waiters, decorators

* Deliveries, assembly, dismantling, and shipping

* Catering (internal and external)

* On-site Activations - DJ, singers, photographers/videographers

* Safety and Security rules application (pre and post-Covid)

* Utilize preferred vendors for quality of service and maximum pricing advantage

* Build and maintain positive supplier relationshipsInitiate and monitor invoicing with vendors

* Manage budget and report on expenses

* Provide all on-site requirements and coordinate all pre-event requests with venues

* Assist with all necessary visa requirements for traveling staff members

* Prepare and organize all event-related documents

* Ensure a high-quality visitor journey throughout all Swapcard events

* 2+ years of experience in event logistics and trade shows

* Experience with booth building companies is a plus

* Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

* Ability to work efficiently under pressure

* Organized, meticulous, proactive, and on top of industry trends

* Knowledge of the general rules and regulations applying to tradeshows and events in the US

* Fluent in English – additional languages are a plus

* Event-security certifications are a plus (US and/or Europe)

* Team player who leads by example and is not afraid to "get their hands dirty"

* Quick to learn and adapt with a strong sense of passion and humility
