What will be your role?
Get onboard of the PayFit rocket by joining our Time and Payment Team, one of our product tribes of 20+ product managers, designers and developers.
As a Director of Product Management, your core focus will be to:

You own the Product Vision & Strategy of your tribe
- You lead, along with the Design and Engineering Directors, one of our tribes with empowered teams of 20+ product managers, designers and developers.
- You work with executives to define how we grow our products and work cross functionally to set our strategic direction
- You develop and communicate innovative strategies, combining data-informed knowledge about the market and insights into customer’s needs, bringing the two together in a compelling and powerful story
- You can “think big” and also get into details to articulate the execution of a strategy
- You develop metrics and goals to measure success in cooperation with key stakeholders
- You communicate explicitly what must change, why changes are necessary, and possible outcomes and costs
You connect the dots between all the tribes and have a holistic understanding of our strategy
- You prioritize resources and projects to contribute to the growth of PayFit and the performance of all the countries
- You build alignment inside and outside of the product organization
- You are accountable for quarterly and yearly business objectives
- You partner with your Design and Engineering counterparts to ensure your team is on track for success
You ensure that the PMs of your tribe are strong and capable
- You drive the hiring of Product Managers to further grow your tribe
- You build a team of Product Managers who demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to achieving goals and organizational success
- You implement best in class product management practices
- You enable, develop and support Product Managers to excel in their job
- You support the evolution towards an ideal organizational design within your tribe and the whole product organization
This job has been tailored for you if
- You have at least 6 years of experience in various digital Product Management positions, including working for SaaS and B2C internet companies
- You have the ability to build deep ongoing relationships with stakeholders
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a talent for crafting compelling communications in simple, everyday language to deliver a memorable story
- You are proactive, organized, focused, and can ruthlessly prioritize with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- You can articulate the desired outcome and work collaboratively to create a path to achieve it
- You are a creative problem solver and are able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions
- You are fluent in English and at least German, Spanish, French or Italian
- You have strong analytical, data, and troubleshooting skills,
- You have the ability to build confidence, cohesion, and inspiration across our product, design and engineering organization
- You thrive when developing great people, not just great products

3(e)Interview with one of the Directors (Engineering or Design) of the Tribe
4(e)Interview with one of the Product Manager of the Tribe
5(e)Interview with one of the Director of Product Management in place
6(e)(Optional) Meet the team during our famous Barbecue Test (no worries : it is not a test and you don’t have to bring chips)
7(e)Background check to verify your identity, diploma and past professional experience in the context of your ISO27001 certification
