At Cardiologs, our mission is to democratize access to expert cardiac care through medical-grade artificial intelligence and cloud technology(e)Our flagship product, the Cardiologs Holter platform, is a leading software for the analysis of ambulatory ECG used to help diagnose over 1 million patients per year.
More recently, we launched a Remote Patient Monitoring solution in the US and in Europe, allowing patients to share their smartwatch ECGs with their physicians, who in turn use our cloud-based RPM platform to streamline ECG reviews.

The Data Science team is now composed of about 14 people in 3 different teams, working on multiple products in production, as well as exploratory projects(e)As the team grows and the projects get more complex and numerous, we need someone experienced to own the vision of the data science department and make the team grow.
What you’ll do
You will:
- Own the vision for the Data Science department
- Discuss future opportunities with other stakeholders at Cardiologs and Philips in general
- Coordinate the different teams of the Data Science department
- Manage the data scientists and help them become outstanding individuals
- Help the Data Science department deliver the best possible products and results
Who you are
We are looking for a skillful and dedicated individual with:
- Ph.D(e)or MSc of Science
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning in production, including at least 3 years of experience in deep learning applied to medical devices (experience with FDA recommended)
- Management experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- You write and speak English, and have basic notions of French.
