About the position

Our customers are the core of our business(e)Our Customer Success team at Showpad exists to deliver value and support that is so good that they can’t help but tell their friends(e)To achieve that goal, we are looking for a passionate Customer Success Growth Manager Manager to make a difference for Showpad's customers.

 

Key responsibilities as a Customer Success Growth Manager at Showpad

  • Responsible for Showpad’s SMB customer engagement Growth and owning a portfolio of SMB customers.
  • Work closely with other Showpad teams to ensure that your customers’ voices are heard in the business and product development decisions Showpad makes.
  • Deliver awesome support to these customers in collaboration with other Showpad teams, helping them resolve issues, be successful with our product, and demonstrate the ROI of their investment.
  • Learn to use & manage Customer Success tools (SFDC, Looker,...) to automate workflows, communications and reporting.
  • Manage different projects that center around & focus on the scalability of our SMB portfolio (varies from smaller to larger, more strategic projects)

 

Skills and Qualifications we are looking for

  • 3+ years in a marketing/sales role, preferably for a Software as a Service (SaaS) company
  • Ability to communicate to 1000s of customers - leverage automation to communicate with 1000s of customer
  • Automate renewals - for all customers
  • Comfortable speaking to both decision makers and business users
  • Excellent software and internet technology skills(e)Learning new technologies and better ways of working is your passion
  • Organise and host webinar Growths for customers
  • Demonstrate value to people in different roles (Marketing/Sales/IT)
  • True team player, excited about working in an agile team(e)Taking ownership and taking care of your colleagues is in your nature(e)Asking for help when necessary is not a problem for you as well
  • Previous experience with marketing tools and campaigns is an asset
