We’re looking for a new Customer Data Analyst to join our international Customer Team in Paris composed of 130 sibers, all around the world. 
You will work closely with the Customer Operations Director to analyze relevant data and implement impactful business decisions at Sendinblue(e)

Responsibilities:

  • Model, analyze and interpret our data to understand the performance of our Customer Experience department and leverage insights to identify opportunities for operational or organizational improvement
  • Be in charge of the creation and implementation of powerful dashboards to monitor key metrics & improvements
  • Bring actionable insights to lower the number of tickets per active user through product improvement recommendations or knowledge gap identification.
  • Create reports & presentations for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
  • Run analysis on various projects to ensure decisions are data-driven.
  • Setting up processes and systems to make working with data more efficient

What we are looking for:

  • You speak both French and English fluently and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment
  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer/sales operations, consulting, data, finance, or similar roles
  • You love to understand how the organization works to improve the performance
  • You are a data lover with outstanding analytical skills, having a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
  • You are an autonomous, self-motivated, organized person (and obsessed about customer satisfaction!)
  • You have a methodical and logical approach, You know how to write reports and make presentations
  • You know programming languages like SQL and data visualization software like Tableau Qlik, ZD Explore, Amplitude
  • You have knowledge of customer metrics (not mandatory but nice to have)
