Your Mission
BlaBlaCar's Marketing team is seeking a CRM Marketing intern to join its CRM Operations team(e)The CRM Ops team mission is to be a center of expertise to reactivate and engage the BlaBlaCar users through personalized, targeted and ad hoc Marketing communications(e)The team works across 7 countries.This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on exposure to marketing at one of France's fastest-growing scale-up. Your responsibilities
- Implementing the campaigns leveraging a cross channel tool (email, push notifications, fullscreens, inbox)
- Analysing the performance and building recommendations thanks to reports provided by the data analyst team
- Helping build a tailored CRM strategy for countries and working hand in hand with the local Marketing Managers to understand their business needs
- Helping with content creation and lead process coordinating designers and copywriters
- Contributing to the benchmarking of our activity by screening CRM best practices from competitors / other actors in the markets, and proposing new ideas accordingly
Your qualifications
- Masters student from a top-tier business, marketing or engineering program
- Fluency in written and spoken English (French is a plus)
- Be humble, structured, organized, motivated by innovation and a relentless doer
- Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong data and analytical skills
- A prior marketing or CRM internship would be a plus
