Your mission
BlaBlaCar's Marketing team is looking for a CRM & Automation Manager to join the CRM Automated Programs team(e)This team works across 7 countries and aims to leverage our owned channels (email, push, inboxes, in app) to:
- Increase the activity of members on the platform, looking both at their product usage and at their lifecycle stage
- Market new features to our members and educate them to boost adoption
Your responsibilities
- Defining the strategy for CRM Automated programs; which segments to focus on, at which lifecycle stage and with which channels
- Handling end-to-end operational execution of CRM automated programs in coordination with the product team; from conception to set-up, launch, follow-up measurement, and optimization
- Using data-driven insights to understand and meet consumer needs with personalized customer communication as well as content
- Leading the content creation process, coordinating with designers and copywriters
- Implementing the campaigns leveraging our cross-channel tool - Braze (email, push notifications, in-product communications)
- Assisting CRM Analysts by sharing results and insights on CRM performance with main stakeholders
Your qualifications
- 1-3 years of work experience in Marketing & CRM (internships included)
- Highly detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong data and analytical skills
- You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others
- You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks
- You have a results-driven and impact-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English
- Nice to have: previous CRM experience
