YOUR MISSION 

Under the supervision of the General Manager - Formats, the Creative Director participates in the development of the business unit's creative vision(e)In close collaboration with the producers, they initiate and contribute to all projects assigned to them by managing the conception, multimedia direction, art direction, delivery and integration(e)They work closely with the client and ensure the overall quality of the projects and their objectives.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1(e)Governance and strategy:
- Participate in the development of the business unit's business strategy and client relationships;
- Develop, understand and maintain clients' and audiences' needs;
- Develop and manage the creative guidelines for all Formats, as well as the projects, objectives and priorities that result from them;
- Manage and coach the creative teams in the development of concepts;
- Stimulate and guide creative research;
- Participate in business development;
- Guide decision making and ensure that decisions are aligned with the creative vision, the Moment Factory method, its brand and its processes;
- Actively participate in developing, aligning and communicating the medium and long term strategic objectives of the unit and the company to the teams in order to incorporate them into decision making;
- Compile and analyze project issues in order to develop and implement creative solutions.

2(e)Project leadership:
- Assist in the flow of information across various departments regarding projects and the business unit;
- Ensure quality control across departments on a project and business unit basis;
- Ensure projects are on budget and on schedule, working closely with the producers and directors;
- Work with other members of the creative team to resolve any unforeseen issues that arise during the creative, production and delivery process.

3(e)Creative Leadership and Management:
- Participate in meetings with the creative team during concept development, design and on-site integration;
- Support the unit's directors and creative directors; guide them and participate in their development and success;
- Inspire and mentor creative teams;
- Participate in the hiring, onboarding and training of talent within the business unit and across the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- 10+ years of experience as a Creative Director;
- Experience in the event industry or any related industry, a strong asset;
- Strong strategic and people management skills;
- Knowledge of the multimedia environment and technologies, audiovisual production, architecture, event management, visual effects, or any other relevant field of expertise, an important asset;
- Proven ability to manage and complete several projects simultaneously, to work under pressure and as part of a team;
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word);
- Bilingualism, French and English, spoken and written.

- Ability to stimulate and direct a variety of creative resources;
- Autonomous, team player and reliable.

- Flexible working hours;
- Frequent travel abroad.
