The Total Rewards team is responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, and service delivery of the company’s Total Rewards (compensation, benefits) programs globally(e)The Total Rewards team is a Centre of Expertise (COE) within the People department.

What you'll be doing:

  • Run the Annual Compensation cycle (Annual salary review, bonus and LTI).
  • Manage survey submission, Benchmarking
  • Develop and maintain compensation databases 
  • Prepare compensation recommendations for management, Talent Acquisition, and HR Talent partners for transfers, promotions, and new offers.
  • Research current market trends through salary surveys and new hire practices.
  • Manage compensation/benefits related employee communications and develop an approach to Total Rewards 
  • Deliver presentations in staff forums on compensation-related topics.
  • Opportunity to work on a global scope, on Employee benefits and many diverse projects.

About you:

  • At least 3 years of experience in International Compensation & Benefits 
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and complexity.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and process management skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of skill in Microsoft Excel for analysis of data.
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, human resources, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Workday, Equity programs, Exec comp, Relocation a plus
