City Lead (Expansion Team)

The role & responsibilities

• Lead an expansion team, you will be responsible for the launching and execution of opening up a new city
• Drive growth in a new market, developing and executing localised plans at record speed
• Hire and build a local team, mentor and grow the team as well as market research on best practices and strategies to ensure the launch is successful
• Study the district you are responsible for, create your plan of action and have full ownership of your city
• Acquire and extend the Choco user base within this area and to be the subject matter expert of your city
• Be a killer at sales, you hustle to reach restaurant owners, pitch and convince, then convert them into engaged users
• Be a natural born communicator, you have an innate talent for connecting with people and you quickly understand how to effectively communicate Choco’s value proposition to a very diverse audience of potential users
• Find opportunities for improvement in all activities you do by being data driven to the bone, test new initiatives and show they work efficiently

Due to the highly collaborative nature of our business (and the fact that we enjoy spending time together), this is primarily an in-office position.
