Main Functions:
The Change Manager will integrate the Service Transition Team for the eu-LISA contracts.
He/She will be responsible of the Change Management process implementation for eu-LISA :
- Receives, logs and allocates a priority to all Requests for Changes (RFCs)
- Tables all Request for Changes (RFCs) for a Change Advisory Board (CAB) meeting, issues an agenda and circulates all requests for changes to Change Advisory Board members in advance of meetings to allow prior consideration
- Convenes urgent CAB or ECAB meetings for all urgent RFCs
- Issues change schedules
- Liaises with all necessary parties to coordinate change building, testing and implementation, in accordance with schedules
- Updates the change log with all progress that occurs, including any actions to correct problems and/or to take opportunities to improve service quality
- Reviews all implemented changes to ensure that they have met their objectives; refers any that have been backed out of have failed
- Reviews all outstanding RFCs
- Analyses change records to determine any trends
- Produces regular management reports
Working Conditions:
- Work shifts of 8 hours from Monday to Friday with some flexibility required when overtime is exceptionally needed.
Employment and technical Requirements:
Knowledge required:
- Proven working experience as Change Manager.
- ITIL V3 certification.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to form strong relationships within a matrix organization.
- Good understanding of service management principles including management of configuration items (CIs), thinking in a service context, and defining outcomes-based delivery.
- Must be details oriented, analytical, and demonstrate ability to work in ambiguous environment(e)Must be self-directed with proven ability to make mature decisions supported by thorough data analysis.
- 5-6 years’ experience in IT operations.
Knowledge nice to have:
- Prince2 foundation,
- Working experience as process owner (change, configuration, change, incident, problem, access, release, supplier, …),
- Working experience with EU client,
- Working experience with international team dispatched in difference places/countries.

Languages:
- English proficient (CEFRL Level: Minimum B2, Ideally C1)
- Preferable 2nd language: French
Location:
- Strasbourg (remote working allowed under approval)
Education:
- Bachelor or University degree in IT.
Extra:
- EU Secret PSC is required for the function (will be requested by Atos).
