The Business Process Owner for our key account manager is responsible to understand and define ALL processes of our core role in the company : KAMs, who are responsible for Veepee sourcing strategy and relationship with the brands.
In order to define all processes the candidate will need to understand the needs of the sourcing team and interact with all other functional areas impacted (supply chain, finance, legal, etc), in order to create smooth processes.
And finally the person will be the main point of contact to the tech team responsible for the development of the tools used  by the KAMs (mainly SalesForce). 

Main responsibilities :
The KAM Business Process Owner will be responsible for:
Understand processes conducted by our sales teams (KAMs)
Define target processes on our relationships with the brands taking into account all variables in the negotiation process.
Understand the different types of sourcing and the processes needed for each of the types.
Define how to track our commercial activity through SalesForce and create the necessary adaptations in order to have the correct details to focus on the action plans to improve results.
Review and define all variables negotiated by the KAMs with the brands, how to track it, share the info with other impacted teams and understand the impacts (on finance, supply chain, etc)
Takes part in writing targeted processes for Sourcing together with sales teams (key users)
Contributes to setting goals and expected results for the transformation (successful KPIs)
Communicates on new processes to all stakeholders: vpTech (technical and functional teams, sales teams, other BPO to ensure the proper functioning of functional interdependencies)
Ensures the smooth implementation of tools in the group and assists changes by co-building and communicating with the transformation plan (calendar, support, monitoring) with the tools trainer and VPtech functional teams (PO, PPO, etc.)Engages in current sales audits in the group: France, North, South

Profil :
You have a Master’s degree (Major in Engineering or Business school preferred).
You have a minimum 3 years of experience in project management and/or process & tooling definition and roll out (salesforce or other sales CRMs preferred).
You occupied a role similar to : Process consultant (sales preferred).
You are business and result oriented with an analytical mind combined with rigor, a sense of organization and prioritization. You are also a self-starter with demonstrated ability to take the initiative and solve problems.
You have excellent oral and written communication skills and a sense of service.
You have the ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.
You have strong analytical skills (including advanced excel and database analysis) with an ability to understand Brand environments
To succeed in this position you will also need several abilities : ability to conduct changes in a matrix organization, to motivate a cross-functional team, to carry out a vision and convince stakeholders and to integrate a large amount of information.

Fluent professional English is mandatory (oral and written).
