We’re looking for a BizOps Manager - Revenue to join our BizOps Team in Paris.

You will report to the COO and work within the newly created BizOps team, together with our BizOps Director - Marketing, our BizOps Director - Customer Experience, our Product Ops, and our Chief of Staff, to support cross-team strategic projects & decisions at Sendinblue, while working hand in hand with our Revenue team to ensure smooth communication across the organization & strategic alignment around Sales-related topics.

Mission:

  • As BizOps Manager - Revenue, your main mission will be to align Revenue team priorities with the rest of the organization, under the shared goal of driving top-line growth for the company

Main responsibilities within the BizOps task force :

  • Be the go-to person for the BizOps team regarding Revenue-related projects & ensure relevant feedback loops are in place
  • Lead your own Revenue workstreams within BizOps projects
  • Leverage Revenue team data & analytics to generate key insights enabling the BizOps team’s projects to move forward

Main responsibilities within the Revenue team:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Revenue leadership team, including our CRO and Head of Revenue Growth, to align Revenue team projects & priorities with company-wide strategy
  • Assist our Head of Revenue Growth in designing revenue compensation plan & setting targets for our Sales team in accordance with company-wide strategy & priorities

  • Own the Revenue team’s business plan together with our Head of Revenue Growth :
  • Participate in Annual Planning and monitor Actuals versus Plan performance throughout the year, highlighting gaps or recommending revisions as necessary;
  • Proactively share regular KPI updates for the entire sales funnel (MQL, pipeline, bookings…), actionable insights, and recommendations for improvements
  • Align business plan projections with overall company objectives

What we’re looking for:

  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS Company
  • You have a very analytical, methodical, and logical mindset
  • You love to understand how the organization works to improve performance, especially when it implies cross-team collaboration
  • You understand the basics of our product, customers, and SaaS business model
  • You are not afraid of tackling complex issues and challenging the status quo
  • You are an autonomous, self-motivated, organized person (and obsessed about customer satisfaction!)
  • You speak both French and English fluently and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment
