As a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, you will be responsible to develop and maintain
close business ties with key players (cities, operators and third parties) and working with a
multidisciplinary team in order to deliver products and services to our clients(e)The
incumbent will participate in the development of projects, preparation of strategic and
development plans for new and existing clients.

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Take a part in the negotiation of contracts with future clients;
  • Ensure the profitability of the market according to the budgets;
  • Participate in the strategic writing of bidding process;
  • Market trends and competitor’s analysis in the respective market;
  • Work with diverse departments to ensure all commitments linked to the contract are
    met (deliverables, compliance with schedule, quality) and to achieve the delivery
    objectives;
  • Bring support and help to the team regarding the projects, costs, or any other concerns
    with the client;
  • Be the contact person for any high-level commercial communications with our clients; 

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in the field of economics, sustainable development, business administration or
    any related to Business and mobility
  • Experience in the field of mobility is preferred and/or Tech savvy
  • Strong communications skills in English and French, any other European language is a plus
  • Familiarity with working with politicians and government officials including those at the
    most senior levels
  • Innovation and change management driven
  • Being able to work in an ever changing, fast-paced industry
  • Able and willing to travel in an international context
  • Knowledge and good understanding of operations;
