TIER is changing mobility for good, and we have a powerful story to tell(e)As a Proposal Writer, you will take a lead role in articulating the value we bring to our customers and communities through the creation of persuasive and compelling narratives(e)This is a highly networked role that provides an opportunity to blend original thinking with exceptional attention to detail to deliver concise content that wins hearts and minds.

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER

• Write, edit and proofread high-quality content for proposals, in response to formal requests from public and private sector customers, seeking and consolidating contributions from cross-functional teams of subject matter experts.
• Deliver completed content to the Bid Manager to agreed deadlines and scope.
• Conduct research to support proposal win strategies, themes and key decision meetings, as directed by the Bid Manager.
• Gather, interpret and analyse complex information from a range of sources.
• Support the Bid Manager in defining the proposal structure.
• Lead and participate in storyboard sessions and articulate win themes effectively.
• Ensure proposal narratives have a consistent approach, voice and style.
• Coach subject matter experts in proposal writing best practice.
• Support the broader Public Policy team in writing and editing briefings, articles and market analysis, working in collaboration with research, brand, marketing and data teams.

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent written English Language skills are essential; an additional language is beneficial.
• Proven capability in writing winning proposals in response to formal requests for proposals/bids/tenders.
• Meticulous attention to detail while working under pressure within tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated with an ability to multitask and prioritise own workload.
• Experience and an interest in research, international affairs, politics, and mobility is desired.
