The Team

FREE NOW for Business vision is to provide a truly enjoyable, sustainable and customized business travel experience for our corporate & hospitality customers as well as their business travellers(e)Our Sales, Account & Success Management teams engage with customers throughout Europe to leverage our business solutions(e)To support this aim our Central B2B Strategy & Operations team’s goal is to equip the sales team with everything they need to execute the go-to-market strategy across all 11 European countries(e)The team is involved in sales strategy & planning, sales process optimization, quota & compensation, policy & enablement creation and sales data analytics.

 

Your role

As our B2B Sales Operations Intern you will:

  • Support our sales teams across 11 European countries on effectively using and leveraging Salesforce in their day to day
  • Be responsible for a smooth and performing onboarding for our new sales persons
  • Manage our knowledge base on Confluence by enriching it and synchronising internal stakeholders
  • Help the B2B Operations team to set-up and deliver key projects
  • Act as an administrator for our Sales Academy in order to get our sales force up to date
  • Act as our B2B conductor by setting-up and preparing monthly meeting for our Leadership team 

 

Your Profile

  • Rigour and proactivity are your motto!
  • You master Excel/Google sheet
  • A day without learning is a wasted day!
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not mandatory
  • You are about to graduate in Business School or university (economics, management) with ideally a previous experience in sales or operations
  • Excellent English skills(e)French is a plus.
