We are now looking for a B2B Customer Data lead, within the B2B Marketing team(e)
Your mission: Structure ManoManoPro customer analytics and marketing performance vision(e)You will be reporting to​ the B2B Marketing senior lead and you will work on all ManoManoPro geographies and devices(e)You will not be acting only as marketing team support but you will bring actionable recommendations, deliverables and follow-up operational execution.

MAIN MISSIONS :

Structure pro customer analytics vision

  • Set customer targets by pro segment in B2B BP (in collaboration with the B2B data lead), especially on acquisition, repeat, loyalty.
  • Identify, define & prioritize needs for data products/ optimizations/ analysis
  • Participate to the customer-related OKRs

Monitor & optimize the operational marketing performances

  • Become expert for the B2B marketing team and act as a subject Matter Expert
  • Develop & automate analysis to understand the marketing performances based on web analytics tools: commercial animation, APP usage, brand campaigns, loyalty program, etc
  • Proactively detect issues and identify their root cause
  • Build dashboard to monitor the marketing performance figures on day-to-day

Identify growth opportunities

  • Identify and size drivers of growth (optimization & pain points resolution), proactively provide recommendations
  • Participate in strategic marketing projects (ex: loyalty program, anti-churn initiatives) by leading the modelization  and marketing previsions

Ensure the best data appropriation & use by marketing teams

  • Ensure that b2B marketing decisions are data driven
  • Provide a clear analytical framework and vision of customer base throughout the company 
  • Guarantee that analytical methodologies are correctly applied
  • Work closely with other data teams (Intelligence & Advanced Analytics team, B2B business data team, Data scientists, B2C customer data lead).

Profile :

  • Business AND analytics background, bac + 5 or equivalent
  • 6+ years experience, of which 3+ years of hands-on experience on Customer data mining 
  • A passion for data analysis, data visualization & optimization
  • 100% customer-oriented
  • Proven experience in retail / e-commerce sector, especially on customer marketing, CRM and / or loyalty problematics 
  • A strong analytical & detail-oriented mindset 
  • Full autonomy in problem solving
  • The ability to synthesize and explain your analyses
  • A creative mindset to identify solutions & shortcuts
  • The capacity to design automated tools
  • SQL advanced proficiency
  • Advanced level in statistics
  •  Audacious, ingenious and ready to take risks and test in order to solve complicated issues
  • English bilingual
  • Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Nice to have: Python
