As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll join our product team (6 PMs, 4 product designers, 1 product ops, 2 Lead PMs, 1 VP Product) to define, craft, and ship a world-class product(e)You’ll be working on quality and continuous improvement topics with our swarming squad.
MISSIONS ?
What you’ll do as an Associate Product Manager...
- Take ownership of escalated issues, thoroughly troubleshooting these issues, and complete investigatory work
- Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product adjustments.
- Ensuring that User Stories are well defined & complete before embarking them in development (write specifications, tasks sequencing, tests scenarios with relevant stakeholders).
- Ordering the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions
- Maintain an online knowledge base up to date for internal support.
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders about your squad release activity
On top of the mission above you’ll be mentored by other Product Managers to gain more experience in the following areas:
- Executing the entire product design & release cycle (Discovery, Design, Development, QA, Release)
- Conducting user research to identify customer needs and writing user stories
- Gaining familiarity with market research and analyzing the market gaps
- Writing design documents and product requirements
- Long term roadmap planning, breaking down into smaller releases
REQUIREMENTS ?
- You have 1-3 years of professional experience in startups (experience in product management or data analysis is a bonus)
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Self-motivated and have a strong focus on the delivery of user value.
- You have excellent communication skills (including in English) to engage with all stakeholders within the company
