The Gorgias APM program is designed for aspiring professionals who want to make their first impact in a tech startup as a Product Manager.
As the Associate Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to make an impact through the key phases of the Product Life Cycle - Research, Design, Launch, and Adoption(e)You will be mentored by our top-of-the-class Product Team who are passionate about creating the best products for our customers and their customers, excelling in all that they do(e)??
This is an internship program that is open to students seeking a summer internship (2 months) or 6-months internship / fixed-term for fresh graduates.
What You Will Do
- Translate product roadmap features into executable milestones and ultimately, write and manage individual user stories for prioritization in the product backlog.
- Support the building of feature scopes, specifications & associated mock-ups supported by thorough research (usage dashboard, data analysis, market & industry benchmark, etc.)
- Set up and collect quantitative product metrics, monitor and report on users’ usage, and reactions after launching.
- Research the current market trends to spot the good, the bad, and the ugly and suggest ways to improve Gorgias’ helpdesk.
- Work collaboratively with Engineering on implementation & with Success / Marketing on launches; Liaise with Support around bugs and functionality questions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure key dates are met and goals hit.
- Review & maintain status on customer product ideas.
Who You Are
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with clear measurable OKRs.
- You have a solid analytical skillset using BI tools, SQL or related coding language.
- You have excellent communication skills verbally and in a written format.
- You are passionate about eCommerce and excited about elevating the customer experience.
- You love technology and leverage on technology to make life better.
- You have solid common sense - you see the bigger picture and can identify the missing pieces(e)You understand how things work.
- You are proactive with excellent project management skills and are always seeking to improve how you can optimize the organization of the team’s work.
- You have demonstrated knack for leadership, product design, or strategic problem-solving.

- You are great at working with different teams - from engineering to sales.
