Application Support Engineer (JAVA Spring Boot expert

The Application Support Engineer will work on customer premise in Strasbourg(e)The work will be conducted in shifts

The Application Support Engineer has the following responsibilities:

• Taking full end-to-end responsibility for providing application support to the customer
• Finding permanent (or sustainable) solutions, or workarounds to incidents;
• If applicable, creating problem reports and / or change requests and linking them to incidents;
• Describing the solutions and confirming whether they will eventually lead to restoring service operations;
• Creating specific input required for incident reviews to be conducted by the customer, as well as continuous Knowledge Management (KM) feeds related to incidents.

Mandatory technical skills:
