When you join Odaseva, you’ll work alongside some of the most accomplished people in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Your Role:
Odaseva is looking for a talented Application Manager to support the management of application portfolio in scope (Cosmos, cosmos integrated applications, Slack, Slite...)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support: incident management, user management, service requests
- Request for change: business requirements analysis, solution design, workload estimation, build test
- Change management: work with process owner to support end users (training, communication, awareness)
- Support activity management: security, activity follow-up, cost control
You will bring:
- 4+ years of application management experience in a digital environment, preferably in the SaaS space
- Experience in developing & supporting business automation and applications
- Experience managing implementations of third-party tools that integrate with systems of record
- Excellent communication skills & ability to translate technical requirements to business stakeholders
- Experience managing balance between governance and processes to control system changes and the need for agility
- Ability to work in full autonomy as well as part of a team
- Full professional proficiency in both French & English
