Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, you are in charge of the suppliers accounting management of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Daily management of supplier invoices (receiving and processing of invoices according to the processes in place), for all the group’s companies.
- Suppliers’ accounts control and follow up on the tools used by the finance team (Netsuite / Yooz / Spendesk)
- Booking all the suppliers invoices and the employee expenses in the ERP
- Preparation of payments on a regular basis and follow up of the suppliers accounts with the Accounting Manager
- Booking the cash-out banking transactions and manage bank reconciliations
- Participation in estimating the provisions for monthly and annual closures
- Participation in the establishment of reliable and secure administrative and accounting procedures.
Profile:
- You have a degree (Bac+4 or equivalent) in Accounting.
- You have a minimum experience of 3/4 years in a similar role in a company or accounting firm
- You have a result-driven and impact-oriented mindset
- You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritise, and focus on added-value tasks
- You speak English fluently (our team is international, so are our suppliers !)
- You are familiar with Excel, and Netsuite or ERP are a big plus
- You are willing to grow up in a scale up environment, dynamic and friendly
